Clementines cake

There are absolutely no people, who would not like this cake. It is totally gluten-free, surprisingly. And still super delicious!

Moist and semi-sweet, works really well with a spoonful of vanilla ice-cream.

Peas pancakes with poached eggs

Very good in summer as a light food from fresh peas, spicy enough and warm for winter. All-seasons recipe. I like this dish for its colours.

Mediterranean pasta

My love for cooking have started from a simple interest how to make it right. Googling each time before boiling rice was annoying . Occasionally, one of William Pokhlyobkin's books have found me - The Secrets of a Good Cuisine.

For the first time I have read how to stew, boil, fry, mix properly. This pasta was made according to the rules of Good Cuisine.

Muesli bread

I used to make muesli bread, when friends were visiting me for Christmas. Best breakfast ever! Combining the rich taste of various dried fruits, Christmas spices and oats. Baked porridge with goods. You can easily make it gluten free as well. The consistency stays the same.

Do not be afraid to modify fruits inside: banana chips/ dates/ papaya or cherries/ apple chips/ apricots. Or just add whatever left in your cupboard. Originally, the recipe is from Bill Granger, taken from Olga's blog, but I have modify it to my taste.

My best combination is following...

Potatisgratäng, or potatoes dauphinoise

The first recipe will be dedicated to the name of the blog, surely.
To be honest, for the moment of publishing the entry I have never tried it, but my boyfriends' mum cooks it a lot. Seems like people love it. Well, how could you not like creamy potatoes? Mouthwatering!

In the original Swedish potatisgratäng recipe, there are onions used. In BBC Food version of potatoes dauphinoise - garlic is presented. I guess, it is more up to your own preferation, whether you like it smoother or want something with extremely delicious garlicky smell.
